My work is a mix of litigation, advisory and transactional matters.

  • Liquidators, administrators and trustees in insolvency proceedings and winding-up applications;
  • Builders and tradesmen in domestic building disputes and debt recovery actions;
  • Property developers and property management businesses, including in leasing disputes;

  • Court appearances in the Supreme Court of Victoria and Federal Court of Australia in winding-up applications, and in the Magistrates’ Court for low-level criminal, road safety and intervention order matters;
  • Acting in family law property and parenting disputes, including negotiations, Consent Orders and Binding Financial Agreements;
  • Running domestic building disputes for builders and tradesmen;
  • Preparing pleadings, affidavits and conducting negotiations;
  • Acting in leasing disputes on behalf of both landlords and tenants;
  • Advising on commercial contracts and disputes, including shareholder agreements, franchise agreements, sale of business contracts and commercial loan arrangements;
  • Drafting and negotiating Deeds of Settlement and related dispute resolution documents;

  • Preparing Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, and other estate planning documents;
  • Drafting Retail Leases and other associated documents;
  • Drafting Service Agreements and other related documents;
  • Preparing Creditor’s Statutory Demands and Accompanying Affidavits
  • Drafting and settling pleadings and other litigation documents, including Statements of Claim, Originating Processes, affidavits and Statutory Demands; and
  • Running matters in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, County Court of Victoria, Magistrates’ Court and managing corporate insolvency and commercial disputes.
