In my current role, I hold a delegated lending authority (DLA) of $50k covering both consumer and commercial lending. I have gained experience in interpreting financial statements and tax documents, structuring deals depending on the client's needs (trusts, company, sole traders), and building on new and existing broker relationships.

As a senior member of the team, I have played a role in training and developing new hires, coaching them on credit fundamentals, interpreting the policies set out by our funder, and showing them what to look out for as part of a comprehensive credit assessment.

In my previous role at HBF, I was responsible for assessing the insurance needs of clients, offering tailored insurance solutions, and handling insurance claims. I demonstrated strong sales skills by effectively promoting and selling a range of health insurance products.

At Panthera Finance I was responsible for handling customer disputes, investigating customer claims, and reaching agreements between customers and the company. I demonstrated proficiency in interpreting regulatory guidelines and company policies, ensuring compliance while striving to maintain positive customer relationships.
