An enthusiastic and hardworking Project Surveyor with vast experience using Trimble equipment, AutoCAD and 12D. Working on many projects in various sectors of the Construction Industry. Previous experiences working on civils projects assisting with the supervision of foundations, retaining walls, earthworks, drainage, road construction and hard landscaping.
Currently working as a Project Surveyor on Suburban Rail Loop in Melbourne. The entire project in total is expected to cost upwards of $125billion. On the project I currently work in collaboration with Lang O'Rourke, Delcon and more. My responsibilities on site are to survey any existing or as-built conduits and record the data using 12D to fill out attributes in relation to the conduits. This data is then processed in 12D and sent on the the necessary utility mapping company. Other responsibilities involve any setting out required on site wether that be bolt pads for tram stations, cctv positions, pile positions or setting out of any conduits that could effect future works.
After spending over 6 years in construction, starting off at a young age in the industry I decided to do some work experience over seas in America as a Summer Camp Counsellor at a Jewish sleepaway camp. My responsibilities in this role was:
This experience added to my skills working within a team environment and although it was a different line of work than what I had been used to in the past, I feel I have came away with skills that help with any roles I do in the future.

My role and responsibility on site and within the company would be, Surveying and Setting-out tasks Trimble robotic total stations. Conducting pre/post pour inspections. Taking-off materials required for project. Attend daily briefings with main contractor and other subcontractors. Assisting with health, safety and quality control management. Assisting site management with supervision of workers. Updating progress of daily diaries. Delivering weekly toolbox talks to operatives. Supporting in all elements of health, safety, security and environmental aspects for the organization. Drawing register management on site.
