Highly motivated and passionate Senior Inclusion teacher with extensive knowledge of QCIA processes and procedures and experience in the Inclusion Department, fostering the development of a diverse range of students across Years 7-12.
As a QCIA Advisor I undertake the following tasks:
Provided advice on the eligibility to receive the QCIA
Demonstrated confidentiality and flexibility in dealing with school submissions
Supported schools to gather evidence and record Statements of Achievement and Participation
Engaged, as required, in QCIA quality assurance processes and provide evidence-based advice to schools and the QCAA about:
the quality of the Statement of Achievement and Statement of Participation that follow the QCIA guidelines, the match between the draft certification information and the evidence provided in the sample folio, any duplication issues with the Statement of Achievement, Statement of Participation and QCE contributing studies
Supported and implemented quality assurance systems
Ensured confidentiality about materials viewed, discussions held and decisions made
Participated in QCIA Adviser training and QCIA verification
Consulted with schools about further evidence required
Engaged annually in the QCIA state review
