As a young man i have tried a few different trades and nothing has attracted myself to want to do it for an apprenticeship until now. i am currently studying a pre apprenticeship in electrotechnology cert 2 threw AGA in warragul which will be completed in July.
As a furniture installer i always had to check the quality of the furniture, check the vans requirements and to check if their where missing pieces.
As a furniture installer at Avan my role was at the start of the line so i had to ensure everything was built within tolerance and all furniture has been installed in a timely matter so the next people had a van to work on
As a shop fitter for this company we where contracted to only work for the good guys and jb-hi-fi australia wide.
This job involved me working with other trades and working with them as a team, dismantling everything old like stands, shelves and displays and installing all that as new but also bringing out all new stock to fit out the entire store. i learnt alot threw this job such as time management, floor plans, more hand tool experience and team work with other trades
I have my drivers licence as a green p plater, white card and first aid
