Highly motivated Construction Management student with hands-on experience in site operations, safety compliance, and project coordination. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Construction Management (Honours) at RMIT with international experience at Technological University Dublin. Have a strong foundation in construction management software (Revit, CostX, Microsoft Project) and industry best practices, with experience collaborating with contractors and managing workflows. The ability to oversee projects from design to execution, problem solving onsite and working collaboratively with teams excites me and I’m looking to leverage my project management and team leadership skills in a construction management role.

Construction Cost Estimation Project, 2023, Used CostX Software to estimate project costs analysing risks and prepared financial reports. Developed budgeting and forecasting skills to be able to be used in real Construction scenarios. 

Project Planning and Scheduling assignment, 2023, Used Microsoft Project and created construction schedules where I allocated resources to tasks, optimising workflow efficiency. Strengthened my ability to manage time and tasks that need to be prioritized in Project timelines. 

Building Information Modelling REVIT Project, 2024, Designed a detailed 3D building model using Autodesk REVIT incorporating structural, architectural and MEP elements. Was able to develop strong skills in parametric modelling, material scheduling and documentation to support construction planning and execution.
