I have maintained my fitness through karate, starting in this sport when I was approximately 5 years old. I have continued through the grades and I am currently ranked as a Ni-Dan (2nd Dan) Black Belt.

I am a fit member of a karate school and recognized for successfully teaching different level classes simultaneously. Offering experience creating karate lesson plans, demonstrating techniques and preparing participants for competitions. Friendly and motivated individual dedicated to teaching self-defense and fighting techniques.


I have successfully competed in karate competitions and some of my achievements are:-
