I’ve done a 4 year apprenticeship as a floor and wall tiler and have worked qualified in this trade for a year and a half. My jobs covered all aspects of this trade including tiling, concreting/screeding, waterproofing and silicone application.

• I worked as a farm hand for 2 years on a sheep and potato harvest farm my jobs varied all the time depending what needed to be done
• Assisted in the construction or repair of fences, barns, sheds, or other infrastructure necessary for successful farm operation.
• Carried out daily farm tasks such as feeding animals, milking cows, and cleaning pens to ensure animal health and welfare.
• Checked farmland for issues in need of attention, such as fences to mend and broken pipes to fix.
• Operated various farm machinery including tractors, plows, and balers for efficient land cultivation and crop production.
• Performed regular maintenance to keep farm equipment in safe working order.
• Collaborated with other farm workers to complete tasks efficiently according to established schedules and protocols.
• Contributed to overall farm efficiency by performing regular equipment maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Used grease guns and oil cans to lubricate and adjust farm equipment.
• Increased livestock productivity with attentive breeding practices and effective herd management strategies.

I was in charge of running a small team on a production line for canning and kegging beer.
