During my time working at Fitzpatrick Fabrication, we have completed lots on rural and commercial Concreting, fabrication, installing and onsite welding jobs. We're currently based and operate out of Deniliquin NSW. We worked on the Snowy Hydro 2.0 for LEEDS in the FRP and Construction of the living quarters on a 2:1 roster (unless needed longer) where i became a leading hand then supervisor for both FRP and the construction of the living quarters, i had roughly 7-10 people working under me during the FRP side of thing and roughly 20-30 in the construction side. i managed daily works including safety briefings, pre-starts of a morning, incident reports, talking with both clients and superiors on updates and incidents, organised materials and along with making progress reports and so on.
since our contract ended with LEEDS and moving back home to Deniliquin we have done various structural steel jobs where i have be the supervisor on site for installing.
We also do Rural and Commercial concreting where i am the supervisor on setting up placing and finishing, along with the cuts and striping.
Since being back Deniliquin i've had to look after, order materials, manage employees, run the business multiple times due to the Managing director Jack going overseas or on various holidays.
During my time at Fitzpatrick Fabrication i've also done the following the a certain standard that is maintained at the company.
During my time at Kingspan (also known as Rhino Tanks) i quickly worked my way to supervisor installer which meant led my own team of employees to a safe time efficiently standard on both rural and Commercial jobs. we worked all over the country mainly in around Sydney and Newcastle, southern QLD and once in WA in Margret river. this was once again working away from home a lot and involved driving a Medium Ridged Loaded truck long distances organising accommodation for all employees, liaising with clients and sourcing materials required for the job.
We Worked on Mine sites alot which required Inductions, Completion of our own SWMS and JHA's etc.

During my time at Jason Oconner Fabrication i completed my cert III in metal fabrication and engineering. we completed a range of different works including Fabrication and installation of sheds/ carports/ pergolas etc, Fabrication of ute trays/ racks/ repairs etc, contracting to the Deniliquin Rice Mill for AGS where we completed shutdowns, repairs, pre harvest services and breakdowns etc, contracting to Echuca Humes Precast facility, where i ended up for around 14 months where i completed the changing of moulds for precast culvets, super T beams and various other things.
