During my time working at Fitzpatrick Fabrication, we have completed lots on rural and commercial Concreting, fabrication, installing and onsite welding jobs. We're currently based and operate out of Deniliquin NSW. We worked on the Snowy Hydro 2.0 for LEEDS in the FRP and Construction of the living quarters on a 2:1 roster (unless needed longer) where i became a leading hand then supervisor for both FRP and the construction of the living quarters, i had roughly 7-10 people working under me during the FRP side of thing and roughly 20-30 in the construction side. i managed daily works including safety briefings, pre-starts of a morning, incident reports, talking with both clients and superiors on updates and incidents, organised materials and along with making progress reports and so on.
