• During my tenure at Watchhouse, I held the position of senior barista. In this role, I led the barista team and managed the coffee rotation, ensuring that all coffees were dialed in perfectly. Subsequently, I was promoted to head barista at one of the sites, where my responsibilities included those of a senior barista, as well as stock management, ordering, communication with head office, leadership, maintenance, development of the coffee team, and scheduling. • I worked as a full-time barista at the UK's first luxury coffee shop, which focused on a range of high-quality specialty single-origin coffees. During my time working there, I was responsible for opening and closing the store and assisting with managing various aspects of the business, which I really enjoyed. I also contributed to the recruitment and training of baristas. Additionally, I focused a lot on my latte art skills, and I learned over 30 different patterns during my time there.

• Throughout my tenure at Costa, I have had the opportunity to train over 50 employees on operating the coffee machine and various other job-related tasks. When I relocated to a London store in 2021, I collaborated with the PR team at Costa, preparing coffees for UK-wide promotional campaigns to advertise the company. Additionally, I contributed to content creation for their social media platforms, including TikTok and Instagram.
