In this job I worked in a new school every week, sometimes every day of a week, which required me to be very adaptable, quick-thinking and creative. I was able to quickly develop rapport with students and develop positive classroom environments in very short time periods.

I focussed on behaviour management strategies and ensured that teacher lesson plans were adhered to as closely as possible.

The majority of schools I worked with on a regular basis, usually in the Languages classroom.

• Provided individualized support for struggling students through targeted instruction, resulting in improved overall performance.

Patron Services - casual employment

This role primarily involved working in the various stadiums at Melbourne Park, assisting patrons and helping ensure that large-scale events (e.g. Australian Open, rugby, pop concerts) ran smoothly and safely for the audience/crowd.
