I am a 16 year old student, who is limited to working after school and weekend hours, but prioritising reliability as a worker, by adapting my schedule to fill in for others if needed. Through my past experiences, babysitting, netball coaching and coxing, it has taught me important values, highlighting my grown dedication and developed dynamic as a worker and individual. I have a strong passion for nurturing growth and fostering positive relationships, as I begin to adapt to new environments. With a background in coaching and childcare, I bring a blend of leadership, adaptability, and responsibility to every role. Further, through my role as a coxswain, it has honed my understanding of the values of communication and effective listening to create positive outcomes. Proficient in managing diverse schedules and navigating through challenges with resilience and a solution-oriented mindset.
