I have a strong passion for nurturing growth and fostering positive relationships, as I begin to adapt to new environments. With a background in coaching and childcare, I bring a blend of leadership, adaptability, and responsibility to every role. Further, through my role as a coxswain, it has honed my understanding of the values of communication and effective listening to create positive outcomes.
