Apprentice Carpenter, Leading Hand

4th Year Apprentice - Leading Hand Transition


My day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to :


  • Assisting the foreman and site manager on a daily basis, ensuring efficient operations are being achieved.
  • Assisting the foreman , site manager for coordination of logistics.
  • Supervise a small team daily to achieve tasks required by the site manager, coordinating workflow and allocating resources efficiently and effectively.
  • Facilitated communication and coordination between team Project Manager, site manager, project engineer, foreman, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Maintaining professional relationships with clients and subcontractors, fostering a positive work environment and promoting collaboration.
  • Implemented workplace health and safety protocols daily to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Contributions to project planning and decision-making processes, utilizing strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Engaging in general carpentry and building hands on work, contributing to various aspects of the build.



Charity Volunteer

I often volunteer with the Lions Club assisting on the BBQ where i would cook in clean for the events such as Camden show and bunnings fundraiser events.

I enjoy this as the club is a great charitable organisation.
