- I was hired at the original third wave location where the volume of customers and work was large and fast paced. Working there with only one other bartender I have honed my skills with completing multiple tasks in a timely manner. The third wave franchise has now since expanded but I remain at the original and highest volume venue.
- POS machine, cash handelling with large paid amounts.

- As well as working third wave as my main income I had also taken two jobs within the same time frame; Mrs Collins the night club from 2024-2025 to help gain new workplace skills.

- I provide care for my two disabled siblings. I help them by cooking, cleaning, doing the laundry and by supervising them when mum and dad are away or need help.
- I support my brother by taking him to weekly basketball games which requires us to travel by taxi or uber. While at the basketball games I look after his gear and ensure that we return home safely after the game.

- Coming into Crown I applied to be a bartender with zero experience behind the bar. Through training and learning as I go I have become very confident and timely behind the bar.
- The customers at crown are very different to those I have encountered elsewhere and have given me more customer experience and solving skills
- The team work ethic is very large for my floor as well as between the other stores within crown which has allowed me to work well in large teams and communicate across platforms.

- Working at McDonalds has allowed me to work efficiently in a fast paces environment, has built my customer service experience, and strengthened my multitasking skills.
