  • Independently running shots and being a role model to blast crew and supporting new shotfirers into a leading role to run their own shots
  • Pre-split and secondary blasting of oversize and coordinating multiple MMU's on the blast pattern simultaneously
  • Use and handling of explosive in compliance with site and mining regulations and the dangerous goods act
