Zip Plus Project (2023-2024)

Led team of 3 engineers (.NET core)

• Delivered Zip Plus with aggressive 5 months deadline by exercising strict prioritization, anticipating roadblocks, negotiating feature priorities and timeline
• Fostered highly motivated team throughout sudden pivot in focus and unfamiliar domain by communicating business impact, encouraging collaboration and pair programming

• Simultaneously acted as Engineering Manager for Zip Capital and BPI & Plugins
• Primary liaison with vendor (digital agency) located in India & Poland
• Developed technical roadmap to uplift security in aging tech stack

Zip Business Integrations (2022)

Led team of 2 remote and 1 Australian Node engineers (.NET, Node)

• Successfully promoted lateral move for a Node Engineer to Site Reliability Engineering roles by facilitating conversation
• Hands on with prioritization and scoping every quarter, including periods with fluctuating resources
• Facilitated discussions and heavily involved in architecting integration with Xero
• Liaised with external integrators for Accounting Integration initiative
