MATE is an award winning telecommunications company, specializing in internet and mobile services. With the company winning multiple awards from the CSIA, I had the privilege of working full-time in the customer service department. My responsibilities encompassed providing technical support to customers through phone interactions, offering expertise in NBN services, addressing internet speeds and dropout concerns, and resolving modem-related issues. I also excelled in troubleshooting to restore customers' online connectivity. Additionally, I also managed their billing inquiries and skillfully arranged payment plans for valued clients.
I worked as a bartender at the iconic Crossroads Hotel in Sydney's south west. My role involved serving a variety of beverages, from cocktails to coffee, and maintaining a friendly yet professional interaction with customers and colleagues. I also conducted regular stocktakes to prevent product shortages. I proactively assisted at both of the venue's bars, adapted to changing trade patterns, and managed flexible and extended shifts on a weekly basis.
