Summary

To undertake a new role in trainer assessor to allow for development and growth in a field which will offer me a chance to work in a challenging and diverse role. I am happy to work fulltime and shift work of any type and motivated to use my strong skills gained over the years to learn new equipment, programs and systems. I am completing a Bachelor of Business at the University of Southern Queensland and have successfully completed a diploma in Human Resource Management with credits and distinctions. I am available for immediate start and have a strong believe in ensuring accountability of my actions both at work and home, especially in the areas of health and safety and environmental aspects in the work place. As you will see below I was part of both the IKEA North Lakes and IKEA Australia Sustainability Committee and developed and helped implement a daily sustainable message to be announced in stores to bring attention to co-workers on ways to be more sustainable in all aspects of their lives, both work and at home.
