• Deliver high-end live audio-visual technical service to AV companies and their clients,in a professional manner.
• Provide high-level customer service to all clients.
• Setup, operate & pack down audio-visual events across the corporate, music, wedding and private-event industries.
• Lead & work together with AV team to achieve the end-clients vision.
• Offer audio-visual advice and creative input when appropriate
• Support Technical Project Managers in delivering events in conjunction with end clients.

• To lead the training and development of music, sound and lighting teams at Bayside church, ensuring team members are equipped for their roles, identifying and implementing such training and support as required.
• Oversee all Audio-Visual equipment and technical aspects of Bayside Church.
• Regularly operate Audio & Lighting for Church Services

• Setup, operate and pack down a diverse range of audio-visual equipment for live events with high attention to detail.
• Liaise with high-profile clients to achieve their vision, whilst providing technical & creative input.
• Problem solve audio-visual technology in live pressure situations to uphold smooth running of events.
• Maintain an advanced understanding of everchanging audio-visual technology.

• Prepare and plan audio-visual elements of corporate conferences and events for both local and high-profile European clients.
• Setup, operate and packdown of audio-visual events.
• Provide strong customer service and communication skills to assure smooth delivery of events.

• Having in-depth and up to date knowledge all of the audio equipment in the university and how to operate & troubleshoot
  
• Help students troubleshoot equipment issues to help teach the operation of equipment.
  
• Loan equipment and maintain inventory
  
• Responsible for the operation of the campus after hours
