Roles And Responsibilities

  • Developing training programs for various roles within the restaurant
  • Conduct training sessions for managers and employees to introduce new company policies
  • Providing hands-on support to ensure managers and employees understand their roles through practical training
  • Monitoring performance and assessing trainees' progress and provide additional support as needed
  • Developing and maintain operational procedures, systems and controls
  • Evaluating training and assessing the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
  • Conducting restaurant audits to ensure adequate compliance with legal and company standards
