- Compliant with Codes, Regulations, and Safety Standards: Throughout the shutdown process, all work was completed in compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards. This commitment ensured that all procedures were conducted safely, minimizing the risk of accidents or injuries.
- Completion of Job Assignments: each job assignment was meticulously executed according to accurate interpretation of drawings, this attention to detail ensured the successful completion of each task, paving the way for a hassle-free shutdown and a smooth transition back to regular operations.
- Monitoring Curing Times: Throughout the shutdown process, the curing times of refractory installations were monitored closely. This involved ensuring that the materials had sufficient time to set and reach optimal strength before allowing furnace operations to resume, by adhering to specific curing times, the risk of premature failure or accidents was eliminated.
