• Represent and promote Adventure World at trade and consumer events

• Utilising sales techniques to convert enquiries into bookings

• Business analysis to identify strengths & opportunities & develop/drive business plan
• Setting & daily monitoring of sales targets
• Developing team members through daily sales, product & systems training
• Working alongside airlines, tourism bodies & suppliers to identify opportunities for growth
• Monitored industry & market trends to remain relevant & enhance offerings to customers
• Working with local businesses on Marketing strategies to drive local community engagement
• Event Management (travel expos, customer appreciation evenings, product showcase)
• Recruitment & on-boarding of new employees
