  • Master of Clinical Nursing: a survey on the nurses’ knowledge and understanding on the use of induction medication for non-emergency neonatal intubation is a Quality Improvement Project I carried out in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at the Women and Newborn Health Service in 2017.
  • Through the research and survey results of my Quality Improvement project, new guidelines in the unit have been formulated and more neonates are now receiving medication before intubation as compared to previous years. I achieved this result through the collaboration of Neonatologists, Pharmacist, Clinical Nurse Consultants and Nursing staff.
  • Best academic student achievement award in Graduate Certificate of Clinical Nursing: Neonatal Intensive Care in 2014
  • In February 2017, I worked as a Clinical Facilitator for the Internal and External Registered Nurses and Midwives undertaking the Level 2 Hospital Based Neonatal Intensive Care Course. I received excellent positive feedback from students, Course Coordinators, and my colleagues.
