
Since school I’ve been working in restaurant different section but sweet side gets me more than nothing, so every time looking for a place where I can feel myself.
As a Pastry chef, since school I've been making customised cakes for people who contacted through my personal page (@dolceby_panda) which allows me to improve myself getting better in techniques and combination of flavours ... nowadays I've been doing catering with small canapés vegan, gluten free, no nuts which open my mind even more .
