Packing fourth courter and loin packing

We pack the shoulder of the lamb, boneless lamb, the neck, and the along with many variations of the same products in an extremely high paced environment. were constantly looking for defects and ZT which is a zero tolerance product which comes along with being an experience packer or as the call call it an independent head packer. In my time at JBS I've trained 6 beginner packers over the course of 8 months and 5 have become independent packers who constantly get praised from our supervisors for their knowledge of their products and their ability to work fast when we get really busy while the other 3 are still learning as they only just joined the team I always get told by my co workers and supervisors that I'm the number one packer in fourth courter packing because and that I'm a good teacher and trainer who doesn't over complicates things.

I've worked in many different areas of packing in JBS like the leg line, hind shank, racks, shoulder lines, placing labels, loin and bone less loin packing, all of these products multiple variations ad different requirements of packing to adhere to the customers needs. But most importantly l also packed at the wet belt, which where we pack all the products l've just mentioned into the boxes which can get pretty hectic it's probably one of the most difficult tasks in packing lamb.
