I am responsible for the day-to-day management of a busy Physiotherapy business across two clinic locations. Duties include:

• Invoice reconciliation between Cliniko and Xero
• Bank statement and credit card reconciliation
• Managing accounts payable and receivable
• Maintaining and processing supplier invoices
• Processing DVA, NDIS, and third party insurance claims
• Fortnightly payroll processing for 20 employees
• Preparing IAS/BAS
• Processing Superannuation payments
• Preparing end of month, quarter, and financial year reports
• STP finalisation
• Supervision of appointment scheduling, patient record management and invoicing
• Addressing and resolving any patient or staff issues
• Ensuring compliance with relevant healthcare regulations to ensure best practice
• Staff management including hiring new team members, appraisals, training, rostering, and leave requests
