To maintain high standards with all of our centre policies and procedures and ensuring these are embedded into our daily practices. Ensuring that all educators have a solid understanding of EYLF and NQS.
- Assist with the daily management of the centre, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and sector guidelines.
- Mentor and guide educators to promote professional growth and excellence in teaching practices.
- Foster strong relationships with children, families, and educators in the service.
- Processes strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Passionate about mentoring and inspiring educators to reach their full potentials.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a supportive leadership style
- Collaborate with the Centre Director in overseeing daily operations.
