I started training when I was 19 (besides playing sport at school), I'm now 52. I would love to be a role model to young women to inspire them to be fit & healthy like me with age. I encourage strength, health & fitness over diets. I have a nutrition business so I love educating people on the importance of wholefoods.
I currently work mornings & nights so have availability during the middle of the day to hopefully help the Olsh girls. I live about 400m from the school which is very handy. I'm also very reliable & flexible.
