I am a qualified Carpenter with extensive experience currently employed at Penders PTY LTD and previously at Perram and Toohey Commercial Builders PTY LTD. Showcasing proficiency in framing construction, facia and guttering with metal roofing, formwork and pouring of house slabs, footings and small slabs such as footpaths etc. Internal fitouts of new houses, basic plumbing knowledge, renovation work on older houses, completed decking, basic tiling, works on heritage buildings, all with a keen eye for detail. I have extensive hand and power tools knowledge which deliver high-quality works from residential construction to complex renovation projects. Mid to high knowledge of reading and interpreting plans and specifications. My education history is Completion of Years 7 to 10 at St Josephs College, Lochinvar and Year 11 and 12 at Hunter Trade College completing a School Based Traineeship. I received the Highest Achievement Award for Carpentry in Year 11. Recently completed my Apprenticeship and Certificate 3 in Carpentry, and also Certificate 4 in Building and Construction. I have attended Supervisor Certification training workshops. I am a well organized planner with good multitasking and time management skills. Knowledgeable about both rough and finish carpentry techniques. Successful at managing supplies and site crews to lead safe and efficient projects.
