As an Enrolled practice nurse,I worked with indirect and direct supervision with a RN.

I also worked closely with GP's on duty.

• National immunisation schedule
• Receiving vaccine delivery, check that delivery matches placed order,document new delivery
• vaccines
• daily checks documenting refrigeration tempture ,rotate stock.
• Immunisation for children and for adolescents COVID 19 vaccination seasonal influenza catch up immunisation.
• Cared for wounds , provided treatments and assisted with procedures.
• Chronic health assessments and age care health checks.
• Health assessments performed prior to Dr's appointment -Document accurate information
• perform regular health checks that monitor choric disease progress to help prevent complication.
• Blood pressure checks blood sugar checks urinalysis .
• Collaborated with interdisciplinary healthcare allied health to ensure continuous quality improvement in patient care delivery.
• Chaperoned- Surgical procedure , small excisions setting up equipment performed by GP.
• opening sterilized equipment documented batch records and date of sterilized and equipment used .

• Routine cervical screening explaining self collection of cervical screen.

• chaperoned GP with contraception IUD and Mirena insertion
