  • Engaged staff in attending mandatory education, including CSATS, and assisted with the organisation and attendance of in-service training.
  • Led a quality improvement project focused on traumatic brain injury (TBI) patients and their families by creating a specific information brochure aimed at reducing anxiety.
  • Led a quality improvement project - focusing on student nurses, and in consultation with a fellow RN created a C4W Student Edition Guide to Neurosurgery and the most common conditions they will see.
