Main Event Catering is held at the Magic Millions auction house in Bundall. This job was seasonal, so events happened every couple of months but only went for 1-2 weeks. During these times it gets very busy and fast paced. I was an all-rounder which means I worked in the café, cafeteria, bar, floor, and buffet. Some of my responsibilities include:

• Regularly cleaning and sanitising all areas
• Managed bar and servery inventory, restocked supplies and placed orders.
• Performed opening duties in the bar & servery, preparing cash drawers, organised inventory to keep stock within optimal levels and meet expected customer demands.
