- Met with various stakeholders to create the project brief, with the aim of merging multiple alumni lists onto one database, to clean and update the data.
- Defined the different project phases, timeframe, resources required and key deliverables.
- Managed various tasks and actions to keep the momentum going and to ensure the wider project team were kept updated on progress and next steps with a weekly project update.
- Overcame challenges by consulting with employees.
- Worked with the in-house legal team to agree a privacy notice and opt out option on all alumni communication, ensuring GDPR compliance.
- Researched and compared alumni websites across a wide range of business’ and worked with the digital team to design and build the alumni website and digital invite for the first ever alumni event.
