• Manage telephone enquiries for mecwacare services in a sensitive and professional
manner
• Work in the MAC portals to access client information
• Clarify and inform referral sources of services provided by mecwacare and the relevant
procedures involved
• Liaise with external referral bodies to ensure appropriate communication and promotion
of mecwacare’s services
• Book Regional Assessment Service Officers (RAS) and Internal Assessment Officers
into assessments
• Schedule appointments for new NDIS participants with Disability Liaison Officers (DLO)
• Ensure appropriate information is available to support assessment e.g. hazard
screening and book assessment appointments as required
• Assist with the review of referral protocols and opportunities to grow the client base
• Ensure client data entry is complete and accurate at the point of referral and maintain
referral and Intake data
• Actively promote mecwacare services in accordance with set KPI’s and priorities
• Ensure compliance with set Intake procedures
