I started working in the early childhood and education after college (2015) when I first started on working towards my certificate 3 early childhood education. I have stayed in the industry and the same company for ongoing 8 years and have been to a couple of different services as I have grown such as when I originally started.
I was a Casual educator when I first started to learn about the different types of services before moving onto full time positions.
For the past five years (2018) I've been working at Illoura childcare and education centre where I have grown more as an individual as I first started out as room support then moved onto roomleader (2022)and now having the position as educational leader(2022).
