• Interrogation and analysis of VAT computer systems (VISION, EF, COTAX, Companies House), working data from/to spreadsheets to cleanse historical VAT records
• Supporting and collaborating with colleagues virtually via microsoft teams to fulfil work demands
• Supporting HMRC colleagues with high profile error correct work where LSI's have arisen
• Manual inputting of VAT forms onto VAT systems to support overall VAT migration of trader records

• Responsible for day to day running of the COVID-19 test site
• Liaising with customers and welcoming them into the test site
• Speaking customers through tests and using the sites technology in order to send tests off
• Making sure the site meets a strict hygiene standard

Manual data inputting of invoices onto Xero,Reconciling accounts and matching payments.

Managing tax accounts and inputting tax.

Other duties when given by manager (E.G credit card payments - Paperwork filing)

• Being responsible for a group of 7+ Prisoners inside the warehouse making sure all tasks were completed to a high standard as well as maintaining a positive environment for the prisoners to work in
• Making sure all health and safety rules are abided by, by both staff and prisoners
• Picking and packing orders and also 100% checking orders picked and packed by prisoners
• Weekly stock checks and equipment checks
• Also helping prisoners with rehabilitation options for after they have left prison

• Working with service users and fulfilling their requests
• Prepping and cooking of food goods and also serving food to service users
• Ensuring hygiene levels in the kitchen are kept to a specific standard, carrying out specific cleaning rotas
• Stock checking and ordering goods from suppliers

• Bar/Restaurant: Taking drinks and food orders also serving customers and handling money
• Making sure the restaurant area is tidy, by wiping down tables, Handling money
• Housekeeping: Ensuring that every room has been cleaned to a high standard
• Kitchen: Preparing and cooking fresh food Working under a pressured time slot in order to ensure food goes out on time
• Keeping all kitchen equipment and surfaces to a specific hygienic level
• The ordering of foods from the suppliers
