  • I actively participated in Intake and Clinical Review meetings and collaborated with Youth Access and Awareness Workers, private providers, the Clinical Leader, and the Program Manager to coordinate care for case-managed clients. I supported young people in developing job readiness skills, including resume and cover letter writing, conducting mock interviews, and approaching potential employers.
  • Additionally, I provided ongoing mentoring, advocacy, and support to individuals engaged in employment, education, or training aligned with their interests. My responsibilities also included networking with prospective employers, as well as government and non-government agencies, to help young people achieve their vocational goals.
