Work with senior managers to plan and create processes for exams, communicate and implement the processes. Identify areas of improvement in existing assessment practices and procedures. Draft guides related to assessment activities and procedures. Provide guidance on best practices related to conducting assessments. Supporting the Learning & Teaching committee, working with Academic Lead and Assessment Coordinator, preparing and maintaining Canvas sites, crafting communication and guides, AKARI school expert, collating and reporting marks, meeting deadlines, working with every academic in the school.

Implementing the Strategic Plan to improve students experience by creating the Bachelor of Advanced Studies, thereby changing streams, majors and minors, creating OLEs, organising applications for strategic grants, supporting faculty executive, secretariat for faculty committees and working groups, crafting communications, working with other professional units to meet deadlines in a flexible and collaborative manner in a restructured faculty.
