Initially working as part of the first Management team to establish Toys R Us in Australia I was responsible for the hiring and training of store personnel.

Once stores where opened my role was then involved in all daily responsibilities and personnel issues relating to the operation of the stores.

This position allowed me to develop and demonstrate the ability to manage people and store resources from commencement as a store trainee manager to my last role as a Co-Manager in the regional head office store at Bankstown.
