I am an experienced health care professional and community worker with significant experience in trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices.
I am currently undertaking a 200HR teacher training course in Trauma-Informed, Accessible & Embodied Yoga with Yoga for Humankind to expand my skills set and inform my practice. I have experience working with people from migrant and refugee backgrounds, survivors of domestic violence and with members of LGBTQAI+ communities. I am passionate about working with individuals, with a client centred approach, supporting them to identify their needs and to develop long-term goals.
