With over 20 years of experience in early childhood education and the completion of a Bachelor's degree in 2023, I bring extensive knowledge and expertise to the role of a Teacher. Throughout my career, I have developed skills in creating and implementing comprehensive lesson plans tailored to diverse learning styles. By fostering collaborative learning environments, I have successfully established calm and inclusive spaces for children and staff using adaptive teaching strategies and a positive outlook. My reliability and flexibility allow me to adapt seamlessly to changing needs while maintaining strong organizational and communication skills. These communication skills also enable me to build positive relationships with families, providing them with the support and nurturing they need throughout their child's educational journey. Additionally, I have participated in programs such as Bush Kinder sessions and Wayapa Wurrk, which promote Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander knowledge and perspectives. Furthermore, I am deeply passionate about delivering a play-based program that promotes children's individual learning and contributes to a nurturing and engaging learning atmosphere.
