JOB SUMMARY:
To provided administrative support to the Head of School and Assistant Head of School while progressively held important roles including Central Administration Assistant and Secretary to the Founding President.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Executive Support and Office Management
- Provided comprehensive administrative support to the Head of School and Founding President, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Coordinated high-level meetings (Board of Directors, School Leadership Team), prepared meeting materials, and distributed meeting minutes.
- Liaise and coordinate internally with other Principals and School Administrators and externally in relation to various matters that require administrative assistance
- Managed confidential files and documents, ensuring data security and compliance with regulations.
- Oversaw general office operations, including managing correspondence, phone calls, and office supplies.
Human Resources and Student Affairs
- Administered the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding and recordkeeping.
- Conducted background checks and reference verifications in accordance with company policies.
- Prepared offer letters and employment contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws.
- Managed student-related tasks such as report card distribution, transcript preparation, and student inquiries.
- Processed staff leave applications, and other HR-related paperwork in accordance with the schools standard procedures.
Financial and Administrative Support
- Prepared financial documents, including payment requisitions and invoices.
- Managed affiliation relationships, including travel arrangements and event coordination.
Accreditation and Evaluation
- Supported accreditation and evaluation processes: Efficiently prepared and compiled comprehensive documentation, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards.
- Manage the maintenance and meets established deadlines of up-to-date reports and other relevant documents related to the organization and affiliation.
