I volunteered at Baptist Care SA, where I support people in need through tasks like helping with meals, organizing activities, and simply being there to listen and talk. This experience has helped me developed empathy, patience's, and a strong sense of community. Its been incredibly rewarding to make genuine connections and see the difference that kindness and support can make in someones life.

I've gained valuable customer service experience working in my family business. I regularly interact with customers by answering questions, assisting with purchases, and making sure the customer have a positive experience. Through this, I've learned how to communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, and handle different types of people in a friendly and professional way. It has helped me build confidence and understand the importance of good service in creating loyal, satisfied customers.
