  • Working collaboratively with all departments to maximise customer satisfaction and revenue generation opportunities;
  • Ensuring the indicated sections are correctly setup and that items and/or products are of high standard and in good condition as required; i.e. cutlery, crockery, napkins, glassware, bread rolls etc;

  • Providing general assistance to food and beverage attendants of a higher grade; Communicating with the Manager when standards in any area are not being met;

  • Checking stock levels and order supplies of non-food/beverage items such as, but not limited to, crockery, cutlery, glassware, linen, cleaning items, sundry dining table items and rest room items.
