Au Pair (USA and Perth, Western Australia)
I worked as an au pair for two years — one year in the United States and one year in Perth, Western Australia. Over the course of this time, I accumulated more than 2,000 hours of hands-on childcare experience, caring for children aged between 6 months and 12 years.

In addition to providing full-time childcare, I also supported the families with light housekeeping duties and general household assistance. This experience greatly strengthened my sense of responsibility, adaptability, and ability to work independently in a family-oriented environment.

Waitress at Seminaris Hotel and IntercityHotel, Leipzig
As a waitress at both Seminaris Hotel and IntercityHotel in Leipzig, my responsibilities included:

• Serving food and beverages to guests
• Clearing tables and performing various typical waitressing duties
• Carrying out general cleaning and tidying tasks to ensure a clean and welcoming environment

Through this role, I strengthened my ability to work as part of a team, stay organized under pressure, and provide friendly and attentive service to guests.

During my internship at Sanitär-Heinze, I gained valuable experience in several departments:

• Warehouse: I was responsible for stocking goods, picking and packing items, and preparing shipments for dispatch.
• Office: My main tasks included preparing and writing customer quotations, registering new products in the system, and calculating and comparing prices.
• Showroom: I assisted in customer consultations, presented model bathrooms, and supported the preparation and drafting of offers.

This internship allowed me to develop both my organizational and communication skills, as well as gain insights into logistics, sales, and customer service within the sanitary and heating industry.

During my time at Restaurant Parkhaus, I worked as a hospitality assistant and was responsible for a range of tasks, including:

• Taking customer orders and performing cashier duties
• Assisting in the preparation and serving of food and beverages
• Carrying out general cleaning and tidying tasks to maintain hygiene and order

This role helped me develop strong customer service skills, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
