  • Manage team of volunteer employees working towards Gender Equality at NAB and reaching NAB enterprise goals such as closing Gender Pay Gap by 2025 and influencing a better gender balance within teams and within pay group.
  • I took ownership and became administrator of multiple systems to analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement such as Gender Balance Share-Point and Workplace page.
  • Within the first month, increased the Workplace "Gender Balance" memberships and engagement by 26% and filled 2 vacant positions (Marketing and Technology).
  • Organized tech professionals to refresh Share point and use Confluence for better accessibility and links to other ERGs.
  • Lead monthly meetings with GB VIC team and National team.
  • Secured the desired yearly budget by making a formal presentation to the National Committee which was approved by voting.
