Senior Feeds and Automation Engineer
1 Year 3 Months- Liaise and Interact with internal Ops/Sales/AM/ partners i.e. Advertisers, DSPs, SSPs, Publishers, Measurement Partners etc. with no oversight to sell Innovid SaaS platform features and assist in GTM strategies.
- Engage with customer, sales and customer success teams in onboarding handle RFPs/RFIs, POCs, demos for customers across APAC and India decreasing Time to realise value from the platform.
- Independently scoping and understanding the business goals of campaigns with customers and translate those goals into technical requirements.
- Spearheading design, implementation and support for end to end workflows, integrations and technical solutions that integrate customer data sources such as Flat files, APIs, databases etc. and third party systems, applying business logic activate processed data in Dynamic display, video, CTV, Social and DOOH platforms ads and used in connecting ads to the relevant user using PHP/JS scripting.
- Collaborating with Solutions engineering and creating, customization and troubleshooting of Vanilla JS based FT pixels and ad tags whether used directly in platforms or in conjunction with various other vendors and tag managers such as Tealium, Google etc.
- Interface with customer, accounts, product managers, engineering etc. to develop tools, technologies, and methodologies leveraged by the Feeds team that contribute to the advancement of the Feeds and Automation products and own the products.
- Example includes working on libraries and APIs that automate creation of ads across Innovid platforms all the way to social platforms like Meta, TikTok etc. using simple Google sheet and using relevant APIs and adapters.
- Serve as SME for Feeds and Automation products and educate team members and other stakeholders on the product offering by creating internal/external documentations, playbooks and running trainings.
- Example being interactive feeds offering training where the participants were sent a dummy business profile and they came prepared with scenarios which were then shown during live integration in the training.
- Identify opportunities for automation and develop scalable solutions to streamline workflows.
- Example include selenium based tool to automate playing, pausing and replaying of video ad at certain mark thousands of Time to reproduce a bug and logging ad events without human interaction.
- Continual error monitoring using tools like AWS Cloudwatch and Sentry to ensure that any ETL processing errors are caught, escalated appropriately, and resolved.
- Using Claude for code completion and Gemini for documentation.
- Review code from peers and junior developers before releases.
Lead Solutions Developer
3 Years 8 Months- Interfacing with customer to scope out requirements and design, develop, implement and oversee technical implementation of end to end solutions for across APAC and India projects.
- Using out of the box Innovid (Flashtalking) and custom build products to meet Customer Business Goals translated while onboarding and providing customer support and recommendations for improvements pre/post sales and implementations.
- Managing and helping creative and junior technical solutions developers in developing creatives (html/js based ads) and implementing end to end solutions (PHP) involving different hops in an Adtech stack such as a Tag manager, SSPs, DSPs, Feed vendors, CRMs or client REST and SOAP APIs.
- Working with product, engineering, sales, ops, customer etc. in developing Custom Tools (apps) and Solutions within Innovid platform using PHP Laravel and Javascript (Vue) to aid customer and internal teams to help in tedious, redundant operations therefore increasing customer retention and decreasing Time to go live.
- Example include developing a PHP and Vue based tool which modified hundreds of ad tags based on simple options in seconds rather than manual excel based modification.

Technical Specialist
1 Year 6 Months- Design and Develop software solutions by consulting with clients to gather requirements and translating to ETL processes.
- Design and Develop integrations between Innovid (Flashtalking) Products and external systems using PHP to consume different client APIs or feed vendors like feedonomics and intelligentreach and serve transformed data to Online ads.
