- Ensure the smooth, efficient and safe operations of the Perth production facility as well as the Melbourne distribution center

- Manage the production of the Advanta range of Products in line with the production plan, technical specification and quality standards.

-Responsible for managing the timely management of out bound goods from both Perth and Melbourne Advanta facilities.

- manage the staff in the following department's, Cutting, Sewing, Glueing, upholstery, Assembly, Warehouse.

- Manage labour resources to ensure maximum productivity

- Manage maintenance and repairs for production equipment as per manufacturers specifications.

-Ensure reliable supply of production consumables and services -raise purchase requisition's as appropriate
