(BHP, Construction of a copper and nickel mine)
- Engaged in constructing all in-situ concrete works for BHP, which included the Primary Crusher (28 meters high), two 50-meter-long Reclaim Tunnels, two Vertical Roller Mills (each with 1,600m³ of concrete), and the pre-casting of T-roof beams on-site.
- With Franna, pick-and-carry various loads, including reo bar, cages, stillages, scaffold tubes, plywood, oxy bottles, beams, mats, panels, generators, scissor lifts, and container storage, etc.
- Utilized chain slings, soft slings, clamps, pins, and shackles for efficient and secure lifting.
- Coordinated with steel fixers, carpenters, concreters, scaffolders, and supervisors to lift and place materials across the site.
- Demonstrated the ability to perform tasks swiftly and accurately in high-paced work environments
- Managed loading and unloading of trailers using an 80t rough terrain crane, using pig ears.
- With 200t Crawler crane : formwork and shuttering tasks, including erecting structures for concrete placement and dismantling them after concrete sets.
- Lifting bar mats, cages, shutters, and pulling out precast T-roof beams from formwork using a spreader beam, sheave, and soft slings.
