  • Responsible for effective delivery of HR Operations from hire to retire, across the regions (APAC including India, EMEA, North America) by ensuring that the processes and procedures are implemented, maintained, and updated in accordance with the business practice
  • Managed the transition of EMEA probation review process (initiation, review of probation outcome, approval and employee communication), Benefits, awards and invoicing as well as phase 2 transition of North America administrative tasks such as virtual I-9 processing, verification of unemployment claims and workforce utilization tracker across business units of North America region for compliance with the Equal Employment Opportunity Act
  • As a lead, I have setup an OneDrive folder for HR admin team to monitor and update standard operating procedures with version controls, background & drug testing matrix, stake holders points of contact across (HR functions, geographies, and business units), benefit related job aids, as well as MOM’s for tracking progress and future training requirements
  • Root cause analysis during weekly team meetings, recommendations for enhanced workday functionality and team development needs to HR Technology and Senior Leadership enabled improved turnaround time and standardization of processes
  • The productivity of the team has increased 98% with 40% increase in head count across the regions with average volume per month increased to 2516 since June-21 and as a lead I report the productivity, quality, accuracy and utilization of the team on periodic basis to identify the resource requirements, process gaps like inadequate working instructions and automation needs
  • Based on the above statistical data in collaboration with HR technology team, leadership identified need for an automation of employee queries and soon going to go live on Ask HR, where the requests handled through ServiceNow ticketing to enhance employee experience
  • I have received a Cubliment (Appreciation) from CHRO for seamless onboarding of leadership roles (That includes newly appointed CEO of Cubic Corporation) during our recent reorg as well as increase in productivity due to process enhancements.

  • Based on prior experience, as part of Next Cubic project, I was assigned the task of transitioning HRBP Administrative processes to Global business services HR Admin team for APAC region that includes, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore
  • Successfully completed the phase 1 transition of HR Admin processes while working closely with HRBP team across the APAC region in processing new hires, raising verification requests, job changes like promotion, transfers, lateral moments, contract extensions and terminations
  • Actively involved in selection of HR Admin for APAC region and acted as hiring manager for pre and post hire employee onboarding activities like coordinating with TA, IT (Asset allocation) and finance team
